Yes, livestock is available once you progress through research.
1. Start by researching Fencing. This will allow you to fence off farmland and prepare it for animals.
Only plowed farmland can be fenced thus becoming a pasture.
2. After fencing is unlocked, you can research specific livestock species to begin raising them.
From there, you’ll be able to manage, breed, and improve your animals as part of your farm strategy.

I sell horses through auctions, but even in auctions, I can only do so with a fixed price. No matter how many bids I receive, my price always stays the same. Normally, the auction should take a commission and pay us the remaining amount based on the bids received, isn't that the logic? If this auction system doesn't change, I will leave the system; it's becoming a complete waste of time. Fix the system; fixed-price auctions? Don't be ridiculous. The price you set for me isn't even half of what I paid for breeding; there's no profit or logic left. I've invested so much money, but this broken system is making me lose interest in your game.
